It is the most efficient and environmental method to obtain enough dry air in most processes
Pressured air that comes from compressor includes condensible relative moisture. A compressor sends approx. 80 liters water to line when it works in following conditions: @8 bar – 20 m3/min. – capacity: 75% – worked 8 hours - 20°C and moisture ratio to air 70%.
In order not to waste air, MTA developed MP series includes dryer and iDRAIN (automatic condensed water draining valve which is compatible with European standards) to prevent damaging of condensed water without wasting compressed air.
During suction, saturated compressed air is exposed to dry-cooled air in first cooling heat exchanger.
Second cooling level is occurred in heat exchanger when air reached to regulated condensation point. During cooling process, separated condensation water is automatically treated and drained by level sensor system.
Produced compressed air is sufficiently dry and proper for most industrial processes.
Refrigerant gas dryers are ideal equipment for no need high-quality compressed air for general-purpose applications, costs lower investment and maintenance. This equipment's efficiency difference depends on the design of heat-exchanger, eco-watt structure and type of cooling gas.
