The most important parameter after crushing is the sieve system. The material coming out of the primary crusher is passed through the heavy-duty sieve (grid pre-screen), which we call the pre-screen. Thus, the desired size of the material coming out of the primary crusher (parts smaller than 30-40 mm) is ensured to go to the separator sieve (final sieve) without entering the secondary crusher, or this material is taken out of the system as road material or second quality product so that the final product is clean and of high quality. This system helps to decrease the stone dust ratio (0-5 mm) and increase the aggregate (crushed stone) production.

The separation of the material coming out of the secondary and tertiary crushers is done with final sieves. These sieves have 3 or 4 layers and are in the form of inclined and horizontal sieves. The vibration systems of these sieves, whose revolutions are between 500 and 1500 per minute, are forward-backward and up-down.
