Psa Oxygen Generator Ad Description

The compressed air passes through the dryer and some special filters before it gets stored in an air tank. The stored air then goes through a regulator to INMATEC PSA oxygen generator with constant pressure and flow. The pure, ready-to-use oxygen that is produced in the generator then gets stored in the oxygen tank.

INMATEC oxygen generators use PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology to produce oxygen from air.

To achieve producing pure oxygen from air, the air must be prepared first. The air compressor handles the first part of the preperation which is compressing. After the air is compressed, it goes to air treatment units.

The air treatment units consist of the air dryer and a set of filters. The air dryer removes the water vapor from compressed air and the filters make sure that there is nothing left that can damage the generator or affect the end product's quality.

INMATEC oxygen generators are each consists of two oxygen tanks with Zeolite in them. The oxygen gets produced in these thanks, right after the air gets prepared in the air treatment units.

The prepared air goes to the first oxygen tank until the tank is full. There the Zeolite absorbs the oxygen in the air. While the rest of the air gets released through a pipe, oxygen that is held by the Zeolite gets sent to the storage tank.

Since the generator is constantly working, the air is constantly getting compressed and prepared, the generator must use both of the tanks. While the first oxygen tank is full, the prepared air goes to the second oxygen tank to produce oxygen. This way, one tank produces oxygen while the other one sends the produced oxygen to the storage tank and releases the rest of the received air.

Each one of oxygen generators of INMATEC has time span settings that can be set using the touch control panel. These settings are used to determine how the generator will use the time for different processes. For example: the amount of time for one tank to produce oxygen, release the rest of the air and send the produced oxygen to the storage tank.

Continuous oxygen production gets provided by the synchronous work of two tanks.
