Psa Nitrogen Generators Ad Description

The compressed air passes through the dryer and some special filters before it gets stored in an air tank. The stored air then goes through a regulator to INMATEC PSA nitrogen generator with constant pressure and flow. The pure, ready-to-use nitrogen that is produced in the generator then gets stored in the nitrogen tank.

INMATEC nitrogen generators use PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology to produce nitrogen from air.

To achieve producing pure nitrogen from air, the air must be prepared first. The air compressor handles the first part of the preperation which is compressing. After the air is compressed, it goes to air treatment units.

The air treatment units consist of the air dryer and a set of filters. The air dryer removes the water vapor from compressed air and the filters make sure that there is nothing left that can damage the generator or affect the end product's quality.

INMATEC nitrogen generators are each consists of two nitrogen tanks with CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) in them. The nitrogen gets produced in these thanks, right after the air gets preparedin the air treatment units.

The prepared air goes to the first nitrogen tank until the tank is full. There the CMS absorbs the nitrogen in the air. While the rest of the air gets released through a pipe, nitrogen that is held by the CMS gets sent to the storage tank.

Since the generator is constantly working, the air is constantly getting compressed and prepared, the generator must use both of the tanks. While the first nitrogen tank is full, the prepared air goes to the second nitrogen tank to produce nitrogen. This way, one tank produces nitrogen while the other one sends the produced nitrogen to the storage tank and releases the rest of the received air.

Each one of nitrogen generators of INMATEC has time span settings that can be set using the touch control panel. These settings are used to determine how the generator will use the time for different processes. For example: the amount of time for one tank to produce nitrogen, release the rest of the air and send the produced nitrogen to the storage tank.

Continuous nitrogen production gets provided by the synchronous work of two tanks.
