GENERAL INFORMATION
Power trowel machines – also known as helicopter trowels – are floor finishing equipment used for smoothing, leveling, and polishing concrete surfaces.
Main application areas include field concretes, parking lots, industrial and commercial buildings, warehouses, airports, and shopping mall construction sites.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The machine is equipped with an electronic circuit breaker system that automatically stops the engine when control is lost, ensuring operator safety. The control system is positioned conveniently on the handle.
A single-point lifting hook located at the center of gravity ensures safe and balanced lifting.
A protective cable channel pipe is located under the handle body to safeguard throttle and stop cables. The throttle control is also positioned on the handle for easy access.
Reinforced sheet metal connectors are used between the handle and gearbox to prevent breakage.
Equipped with 4 hardened steel blades, the machine can trowel concrete surfaces up to 900 mm in diameter. Blade rotation speed during operation is 127 rpm.
The blades can be adjusted between 0º and 20º for precise finishing. The adjustment mechanism is built into the handle body, with a butterfly knob located within easy reach.
