Positioner

Welding positioners are available in 11 standard sizes for loads from 250 kg to 30000 kg. The structure of the positioners is designed according to the most suitable configuration for the table rotation and tilting back and forth. Positioners consist of body, motor, table rotation and tilt systems, electrical panel and remote operator control unit and have the best structural protection. Positioners for heavy workpieces
they are fixed. There are optional or standard T-slots on the table, which allows fast clamping of the workpiece. Table rotation and forward-backward bending are made with steel spur gear transmission systems. The table rotation speed is made from the remote control system with a 5m cable that the operator can adjust very easily. Optionally, PLC can be applied to all models.
