Our welding positioners are products with a loading capacity of 50 kg and 20 tons. It is manufactured in two types as geared and hydraulic. They are makilanas that all companies with welded manufacturing can benefit from. The tables on it rotate 360 degrees and have the feature of tilting forward. Thanks to this tilt, the workpiece on the table can be easily welded from any angle. For small tonnages, for example, 50-500 kg positioners are controlled by a wired remote control, and for positioners over 500 kg, the controls are made with a wired remote control. In this way, it offers an easy-to-use feature. In automatic welding, the welding machine is adapted to the trigger cable available in our machine and provides synchronous operation. It is used in submerged arc, tig and gas arc welding applications. Table rotation is speed controlled, there is no speed control in tilting. It can be manufactured in different types and features as Standard, L type, Hydraulic. Our standard machines are 2-axis, our L-type positioners are 3-axis. Optionally, it can be made with PLC control. Holes and T channels are opened on our tables according to the machine loading weights.
