Concrete Vibration

The most important process to be performed during concrete placement is vibration. Concrete is a composite material consisting of different types and sizes of aggregates. The key requirement in such materials is achieving homogeneity. Therefore, applying vibration in concrete is essential.

Vibration is the process of shaking the concrete and supplying energy to release trapped air. The shaking temporarily reduces the friction between aggregates, making the concrete more fluid. This increased fluidity allows the concrete to compact and settle more easily. As a result, a denser, stronger, and more durable concrete structure is achieved. Once vibration stops, friction between the aggregates re-establishes within the concrete.

Our factory manufactures all types of vibrator hoses and heads, and also provides repair and maintenance services. Vibrator shafts, spiral wires, adapters, heads, and motor heads are produced. Vibrator heads: 28 mm, 38 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm – high-frequency vibrators; compatible with Wacker, Enar, Dingo, Speyder, and high-frequency converters. Hose-type vibrator heads are also available. Repair service is available throughout Turkey. Rubber raw materials are supplied for bulk hose orders.
