Plastic Granule Machine

Extruder Machines are used to heat up the plastics as LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS and ABS to take off the unrequired chemicals for making it useful row material. Extruders designed with the latest technology according to the screw diameter, wide/length ratio, area numbers for exported chemicals, feeding type and the row materials.
 

• Production capacity is between 100kg and 1000kg per hour according to the processed material.
• Screw diameter is between 90mm and 160mm.
• Screews and sleeves are designed for the material types.
• Screws and sleeves are made off 1,8550 or 1,4140 materials according to the request.
• Screws are applied the special hardening process to provide longer life time.
• Un-required chemicals are removed by vacuum system in european standards.
• Direct connection of motors and invertors provides energy savings.
• Speed controlled side feeder and main screw motor provide best quality granules for different hardness and density materials.
• Inverter controlled mixers in the side feeders provide the release the materials.
• Special designed ceramic resistances keep the heat inside of the granule machine to get the faster startup period and energy savings.
• Several air cooling units keeps stable the different tempretures on different locations.
