5 Liter Double-Head – Double-Clamp, Fully Deflashing Blow Molds

Our molds were specially manufactured for a 250-center blow molding machine project. Since the project was later shelved, the molds were never used in mass production and have been stored in our mold shop.

Only trial samples were produced with the molds. They have never been used for continuous or high-volume production. Therefore, their overall usage and production wear is very low.

The sale includes:

• 1 set of 5-liter jerrycan-type mold
• 1 set of 5-liter tower-type mold
• Suitable for double-head – double-clamp systems
• Fully automatic deflashing system
• Air-blowing system in the deflashing sections
• Additional water inlet and outlet connections on the mold plates
• These cooling channels provide additional support for faster and more efficient mold cooling

The reason for sale is not related to any malfunction or performance issue. The molds are being sold only because the original machine project was cancelled and the molds have remained unused.
