Planetary Malaxer Machines

Areas of Use:

Planetary malaxer mixers are generally used in the production of construction chemicals with medium viscosities (all kinds of pastes, gasketing and sealing components, adhesives, plastisol, etc.), as well as in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

Design:

In this machine, which has a planetary mixing system, there are two mixing shafts that not only rotate around their own axes but also circulate in the boiler, mixing with the rotation of the block to which they are connected above. With the help of wings placed at various angles on these shafts, effective and homogeneous mixing is achieved in a very short time by moving the product from top to bottom and bottom to top in the boiler. Apart from the mixing shafts, the scraper arm also provides a great advantage in pulling the product from areas close to the boiler wall.

Other Features:

The machine has the ability to rise and fall on its own body using an electro-hydraulic system. Since the body and head group are completely cast steel, it has an extremely strong structure. Mixing speed can be adjusted steplessly with the speed control converter in the range of 0-80 rpm as standard. Side walls and boiler bottom are scraped with chemical-resistant polyethylene material located on the edge of the scraper arm and the bottom mixing wings. Since the mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions, homogeneous mixing is achieved without heating the product.

Ex-proof, vacuum, semi or fully automatic recipe control system, PLS control system in ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards are offered as optional features.
