PITA AND LAHMACUN OVEN (LPG)

• There is a glass wool insulated pan in the lower part of the oven.

• The lower part of the ovens is galvanized sheet
• The upper part of the ovens is insulated with perlite glass wool.
• Ovens have 2 or 3 burners at the bottom and 2 burners at the top.
• Ovens operate at 180 °C - 220 °C.

• Ovens can work with LPG
• Furnaces can be made of chromenickel or black sheet metal.
• Tiles are used in the ovens and can be made in the desired color.
