Pet Bottle Rinsing Machine Ad Description
1-) The machine will have two (2) washing baths.
2-) The machine dimensions are a maximum of 3600 mm in length, 2800 mm in width, and 2400 mm in height.
3-) The machine is designed as shown in the technical drawing.
4-) The washing machine will have four (4) inlet and outlet stations.
6-) The machine includes three windows for internal visibility.
Stations:
- 1st Station: Empty
- 1st BATH: 2nd Station – Internal washing (Water stored from the disinfectant bath is used for washing to eliminate odors that may result from the air coming from the compressor and PET raw material residues that could cause health issues.)
- 2nd BATH: 3rd Station – Disinfectant and rinsing bath (Since disposable containers are used, ozonated water is utilized for washing. The bath water connected to the filling line both disinfects and performs the final rinse of the bottles.)
- 4th Station: Draining – Ensures that any remaining washing water inside the PET bottle drains completely before entering the filling machine, preventing odor formation in the filled water.
