PET bottle recycling line with hourly 1500-3000 Kg / S Capacity

The PET bottles that will enter the recycling system are separated manually from the foreign materials and PVC in the sorting conveyor. At this stage, the color separation of the bottles is also made. The loading conveyor feeds the PET bottles to the crushing machine on a regular basis. In the Chemical Washing Machine, PET burrs are washed with water and chemicals at 90 degrees. This process removes both dirt on the material and glue residues used for gluing labels. Since the glue causes problems in areas where PET is used after recycling, it must be completely cleaned during recycling. Using a digital metering and dosing pump, chemicals are supplied to the washing machine automatically and the washing system operates continuously. The chemicals on the PET material coming out of the washing machine are neutralized by the digital metering dosing pumps in the Neutralization Unit. In this way, the water in the pool in the following section of the system can be used for a much longer time.
