Perl-Mill Paint Crushing and Filtering Machines

Areas of Use:

It is widely used in areas where pump-printable mixtures of various components (paints, varnishes, printing inks, covering compounds, etc.) of various viscosities must be crushed homogeneously.

Crushing Power:

The inside of the boiler, where the grinding beads are placed, is completely made of stainless steel. The boiler is double-walled and suitable for a water cooling system. The flanged shaft is made of special steel and hardened by heat treatment. Thus, the flanges are made very resistant to abrasion. The flanges on the shaft are designed with different geometries and angled holes to ensure that the product passing through the boiler is crushed with maximum efficiency. Boiler volumes are available in 5, 12.5, 25, 50, and 70-liter capacities.

Grinding Bead:

Glass beads, zirconium beads, ceramic-based beads, and steel balls are used as grinders in the boiler. The most preferred of these are zirconium or ceramic beads.

Other Features:

There are suction and discharge pumps whose flow rate can be adjusted according to the machine type. As the product leaves the boiler, it passes through a stainless sieve. After passing through the other fine sieve next to the machine, it can be pumped to the desired location with the discharge pump. The speed of the machine's pump can be controlled by the speed control converter, allowing the product to pass at the desired speed. It has a timed operation feature as standard.
