Operating Conditions

The machine must operate smoothly within a temperature range of 0 °C to +60 °C. Additionally, it should function reliably under conditions of high humidity and dusty environments.

Machine Operating Principle

• The digital thermostat automatically activates when the temperature drops 5 °C below the set value and can be adjusted in 1% increments.
• The basket is designed to rotate inside the washing chamber.
• Detergent water is sprayed from all sides of the basket through fixed nozzles. The machine is equipped with one pump and two nozzle lines.
• Inside the washing cabin, 120 liters of water are contained. Pumps draw this water and deliver it to the nozzle lines. Filters at the pump suction points capture small particles.
• Hot water is stored within the machine’s built-in water tank and heated by a 7.5 kW heating element.

Electrical – Electronic Equipment

• Power supply: 380 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase. Wiring is manufactured using standard antigron electrical installation with ABN specifications.
