Operating Conditions

The machine must operate smoothly within a temperature range of 0 °C to +60 °C. Additionally, it must function reliably under high humidity and dusty working environments.

Machine Operating Principle

• The digital thermostat automatically activates when the temperature drops 5 °C below the set value and can be adjusted in 1% increments.
• The basket is designed to rotate inside the machine during operation.
• Detergent water is sprayed from all sides of the basket through fixed nozzles. The machine includes 1 pump and 2 nozzle lines.
• Inside the washing chamber, 180 liters of water are contained. The pumps draw this water and deliver it to the nozzle lines. Filters are installed at suction points to trap small particles.
• Hot water is stored in the machine’s internal tank and heated by two 15 kW heating elements.

Electrical – Electronic Equipment

• Power supply: 380 V – 50 Hz, 3-phase. All cables are manufactured using standard antigron electrical wiring (ABN type).
