Standards
The machine is built with a double-tank system and reinforced body structure. It is manufactured exclusively by REKPARSAN A.Ş. in Turkey.
- Mechanical components comply with DIN 5510 / Part 2 (Fire and Smoke Resistance).
- The service life of the machine is designed to be at least 30 years. All materials used are new, suitable for their intended purpose, and meet internationally accepted standards such as UIC, IEC, DIN, NF, and BS.
- The machine has a minimum protection class of IP 54.
Machine Operating Principle
- The digital thermostat automatically activates when the temperature drops 5 °C below the set value and can be adjusted in 1% increments. During manual washing, a warning system activates at 50 °C to prevent burns. When the pneumatic lid is closed and the foot pedal is pressed, high-pressure water is sprayed from the hand gun.
- After closing the pneumatic lid, parts held by gloves are washed with high-pressure water inside the enclosed chamber. It is an excellent solution for cleaning precision and complex-shaped parts such as bearings, turbochargers, and gears.
- Filters are installed at the suction side of the pump to capture small particles.
- Hot water is stored in the machine’s internal reservoir and heated by a 4.5 kW heating element.
Electrical – Electronic Equipment
- Power supply: 380 V – 50 Hz, 3 phase. All cables are halogen-free, and the control panel and electrical installation are IP 54 rated, manufactured according to CE and European standards. All electrical components of the machine are SIEMENS brand.
