STANDARDS
The machine is manufactured from a double boiler system and has a reinforced body structure. It is produced only by REKPARSAN AŞ in Turkey.
- Mechanical components must also comply with DIN 5510 / Part 2 (Fire and smoke).
- The bench is constructed to have a useful life of at least 30 years. The materials used in the bench will be new, of quality suitable for its intended use, and in accordance with internationally accepted standards. UIC, IEC, DIN, NF, BS or corresponding standards are used. - The protection class of the machine will be at least IP 54.
Working Principle of the Machine:
- The digital thermostat is automatically activated when the set temperature drops by 5 °C and can be increased or decreased in 1% steps.
- The basket is made to rotate inside the bench.
-Detergent water is sprayed from all sides of the basket via fixed nozzles. Our machine has 1 pump and 2 nozzle lines.
- There is 120 liters of water in the washing cabin. Pumps draw this water and press it into the nozzle line. There are filters where the pumps suck to keep small parts.
- Hot water is located in the water tank inside the machine and is heated by 1 piece of 7.5 kW resistance.
Electrical – Electronic Equipment
- Electricity 380 V-50 Hz. 3 phase. Cables, halogen free panel and all electrical installations are IP 54 and manufactured in accordance with CE and European norms. The entire electrical system of the machine will be SIEMENS.
