STANDARDS
The machine is manufactured with a double-tank system and a reinforced body structure. It is produced exclusively by REKPARSAN A.Ş. in Turkey.
- Mechanical components also comply with DIN 5510 / Part 2 (Fire and Smoke Resistance).
- The machine is designed for a minimum service life of 30 years. All materials used are new, suitable for their intended purpose, and comply with internationally accepted standards such as UIC, IEC, DIN, NF, BS, or their equivalents.
- The machine has a minimum protection class of IP 54.
MACHINE OPERATING PRINCIPLE
- The digital thermostat automatically activates when the temperature drops 5 °C below the set value and can be adjusted in 1% increments.
- The basket is designed to rotate inside the machine during operation.
- Detergent water is sprayed from all sides of the basket through fixed nozzles. The machine includes 4 pumps and 6 nozzle lines.
- The washing chamber contains 800 liters of water, divided into a 300-liter chemical tank and a 500-liter rinsing tank. The machine performs washing, rinsing, and drying processes sequentially, adjustable in seconds. All dimensions and technical specifications can be customized according to process requirements.
- Hot water is stored in the machine’s internal tank and heated by four 60 kW heating elements.
ELECTRICAL – ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
- Power supply: 380 V – 50 Hz, 3-phase. All cables are halogen-free, and the control panel and electrical system are IP 54 rated, manufactured in compliance with CE and European standards. The entire electrical system of the machine is equipped with SIEMENS components.
