OS -300 Continous tracking roasting machine is reinforced with high-performance two-stage burner with low NOx emission, and is able to roast almost any kind of nuts, such as; peanuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shelled hazelnuts, almonds, shelled almonds, and cashew nuts. The electrical roaster has two high-performance roasting chambers, one resting chamber, and one cooling chamber. There are two different chambers that roast the dried fruits independently from the top and bottom. Air circulates using a technology that ensures that the product is always exposed to an equal amount of heat. The nuts roasting machine has a dehumidifying device synchronized with roasting chambers to remove excess moisture. This helps to extend the shelf life of the roasted product.OS-300 has a self-cleaning system with the help of the band brush.
