Technical Details
Working as a continuation of densimeter set or independently, slicing machine is used to slice stoneless olive in equal thickness and in a ring form. Thanks to the swivel rubber rollers, olive is conveyed to the blades in 95% correct direction and sliced. The machine is completely made of stainless steel; bearings and gears are manufactured using qualified engineering plastics.
