Technical Details
Scratching machine is used in green olive scratching process. Olives are let on the knives with free fall from the machine tank and scratches 3 or 4 times in certain distances. Thanks to the ungradual knife distance adjustment, olive scratching depth can be adjusted sensitively. Machine body is completely made of stainless steel.
