Technical Details
The machine is designed with 12 knives to take olive stones in different types and sizes. It is suitable for pitting olive between 80 and 420 calibers due to its flexible adjustment characteristics. Olive is carried to the machine by an elevator. Machine speed can be adjusted by the electronic speed control system ungradually. Machine is completely made of stainless steel, and bearings and gears are manufactured using qualified engine plastics.
