1. General Performance and Functions

• Coil uncoiling and feeding line: Designed for continuous die stamping and automatic production.

• Production process:

  1. The material coil is manually loaded onto the cart using a crane.

  2. Uncoiling and feeding are performed through the feeding shaft.

  3. The material is straightened and prepared for press unloading / continuous die processing (press and die are provided by the customer).

• Automatic operation mode:

  • Provides cyclic movement for normal production.

  • Full automation and press safety interlock function are available.

• Manual mode (setting mode):

  • All movements can be controlled manually.

  • Transition from manual to automatic mode is quick and easy.

• Emergency stop:

  • Emergency stop button is located at the main control station.

  • In emergency, all feeding movements and the press stop immediately.

  • Electric, gas, and liquid circuits are cut off; all cabinets and consoles give alarms.

2. Material Handling and Feeding Features

• Loading cart: Ensures safe and convenient changing of material coils.

• Main shaft and feeder: Speed synchronization is done with a frequency converter.

• Pressure belt: Prevents loosening of the material coil.

• Leveling roller and feeder: Placed on the same precise platform, increases parallel accuracy and reduces error rate.
