Napkin Production (Plain) Machine

The FJ-II model napkin machines cut raw paper and fold it into square or rectangular napkins. The applied resistance system keeps the embossing temperature constant at the set level, ensuring that the produced napkins maintain their softness, fluffiness, and quality consistently. The machine is equipped with an automatic sheet counting device. Its high performance and precise counting are among its most notable features.

The FJ-II model features a two-color printing system but can also operate without printing if desired. The FJ–III model, equipped with PLC technology and an HMI operating system, is fully computer-controlled and capable of printing in four colors, producing postcard-quality printed napkins. Since all printing processes can be monitored directly from the computer screen, real-time adjustments during printing are possible.

The machine’s 360-degree color control system guarantees vibrant and accurate colors. Paper tension control is fully automated with a servo system and equipped with electronic sensors to prevent paper tearing. Upon request, the machine can be configured in different ways to meet specific production requirements.
