Mixer machines' boilers and storage silos, designed with low and high capacities, are generally used for production with mixers, for transporting the mixed product from one place to another, and for stocking ready-made products and raw materials. Low-capacity mixer bowls are designed to be mobile, that is, they have wheels on their base, while high-capacity ones are designed to sit on the platform or rise on their own support legs.

(A) type boilers with bottom wheels are generally preferred up to 2000 liters. For capacities over 2000 liters, type (B) is used with curved bottom, fixed legs, sitting on the floor or hanging on the platform. In the wheeled type, the outlet sleeve is located at the point where the boiler bottom and side walls meet, and in the footed or platform-mounted types, it is located in the center of the lower dome. Wheeled boilers have handles on the sides to move the boiler.

Boiler capacity is manufactured from 1 liter to 10,000 liters for use in production, from 5,000 liters to 20,000 liters for storage, and in any preferred capacity as raw material silos. Boilers are generally manufactured from AISI 304 quality stainless steel material. It is also possible to choose the material according to the chemical structure of the product.

St 37 quality carbon steel or AISI 316 quality stainless steel can be used as production material. Boiler design can be made differently depending on the production process. Boilers can be made with double walls to be used for heating and cooling purposes. Special valves can be placed on the boiler outlet sleeves. The boiler can be designed to maintain vacuum. Boiler wheels can be made of different materials.
