Mixer Tanks

As HK Makine, we produce main or intermediate stock tanks in the desired volumes in line with the demands of our customers.

Our tanks are optionally manufactured from steel sheet or stainless sheet. There are half-pipe serpentines on the tank in order to provide viscosity for heating, and the tank surface is insulated with an aluminum coating on rock wool. In addition, in order to ensure process automation, level and temperature control is carried out by using upper and lower level sensors, pressure transmitter and PT-100 on the tanks, the system gives an automatic warning when the oil is running out and the tank is filled.
