Mixer Propellers

Areas of Use:

During the production of low and medium viscosity products with mixer machines, mixing propellers, which provide mixing and dispersion properties to the machine and are suitable for operation at high speeds, are widely used in almost all branches of industry.

Design:

The most functional feature of mixer machine impellers with a dispersion feature is that they deliver a homogeneous mixture in a short time without increasing the temperature of the product to be mixed, thanks to their special wing structure. The special structure of the wing angles was also developed to minimize the dispersion process.

Other Features:

It is produced in desired sizes from Ø 40 mm to Ø 900 mm, in various thicknesses from 2 mm to 4 mm, and is balanced from AISI 304 quality or AISI 316 quality stainless steel material upon special request. Produced propellers are delivered ready for installation by opening connection holes upon request.

Important Information:

In order to obtain the ideal mixture, the mixing fan diameter should be 1/3 of the production boiler diameter. The selection of the impeller diameter is proportional to the engine power of the mixer machine, the maximum mixing speed, and the diameter of the production vessel. An improperly selected propeller can result in loss of dispersion and cause the manufacturing process to be prolonged. Experienced engineers provide services to find the right propeller selection.

Optional Requests:

Propeller blades can be diamond-tipped. This reduces the wear time of the propeller blades significantly. Double-deck turbo propellers and window-type special propellers can also be produced.
