AT OUR FACTORY.

Production is made from 100 LT to 6.000 LT.

In the production of 3000 LT and above, production is made with PLC system and OTAmatic washing. Optionally, it can be done by PID system or manually.

A complete stainless transfer pump with a capacity of 5 and 10 tons is used in the production of 3000 LT and above.

All productions have digital scales and transfer pumps.

Machine-stitched roll-bont is used as a roll-on system.

Rolbont plates are tested under 35 bar for 1 week.

All productions are tested and sent with hot water before being shipped to the customer.

SIEMENS brand is preferred as switchgear material.

There is a motor protection switch for the mixer reducer and condenser in the panel.

AISI 304 quality certified sheet metal and profile are used, including the lower chassis.

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years.

Radiators can be optionally mounted outside the building. Optionally, they are mounted on the tank.

Mixer and cooling are controlled automatically by digital thermostat. DİXELL brand thermostat is used as a digital thermostat.

The transportation of our products is covered by our company.

Insulation is provided with 50-65 mm thick high-density homogeneous polyurethane.

Closed circuit cooling group and radiators are used in productions up to 5000 LT.

Argon tig welding is used in all of our productions, and the welding places are designed in a way that does not hold dirt by grinding.

In all of our products, a rotating head wash ball (jeep head) is used as standard.

All AISI 304 quality butterfly valves are used as valve group.

Compressor, condenser, axial fan, liquid tank, liquid trap, drier, pressure automatic (low-high pressure), split valves, exp valves are used in the cooling group as standard.

Compressor, condenser and axial fans are designed and selected in such a way that they can perform the cooling process efficiently while the boiler is full of hot milk in hot and humid environments. usa-sanyo japanese-french gubigel-daycing is our brand choice.
