Medium Pulses Screening Machine

Medium Pulses Screening Machine is a multi tasked machine with pre-cleaning and sorting unit.

The left machine's part have sieve which also has an upper & lower screen used to separate the ruined and broken grains. On the right side the purified product sorting is performed. Thanks to this feature known as a combined cleaning and sorting machine.

There are two standard models; fixed and movable type.

Working Principle:

There are 6 sieve in the machine. Each sieve has specific sizes of holes for impurities larger or smaller than the crop. The first sieve for rough particles, second for dust, third for broken grains…

The machine has two aspirator and five adjustable suction imports where crop exposed to air cleaning five times.

The cleaning system has brushes moving forward and back, so there is no risk for the screen to be blocked.
