Medical Serum Pipe - Hose Production Line

Our Company is producing single screw extruders. These lines can extrude PVC conduit in many size and maximum value with minimum input . The screw and barrel are produced from special nitration steel DIN1.8550 and the gearbox can work with high torque without any problem and  has axial bearings which make work under high pressure and speed.  We used the best equipments for the electric cabinet which controls the whole system.

Cooling system is according to our customers needs, projects. The other components of our Lines are Capstan, Take-up, Cutter . And tool for material length measurement .
