MAIN FEATURES:
-The grinding machine is mainly used for plunge cutting grinding of different stages with a taper less than 1:20, automatic and semi-automatic grinding of flat cylindrical surfaces and ring type parts.
-Fixed grinding wheel, movable backing stone,
-Grinding wheel design is cantilever type, and the bearings of the spindle shaft that rotates the grinding wheel are multi-plate long bearing bearing and static-hydrodynamic oil film bearing.
-The backing stone supports the spindle bearing with 1/30 taper.
- Backing stone feeding is supported by a straight V type hydraulic unloaded linear guideway.
-AC frequency converter provides speed control of backing stone.
-Hydraulic stepless speed adjustment is applied on the stop and grinding wheel.
-Grinding automatic plunge device is equipped.
