§  Low-Bed rack is welded by submerged welding machine from 20 mm x 150 mm (ST 52.3 A Quality) bottom and top flat steel and 10 mm ST 52.3 hub plate. It has “I” section and also includes 4 pieces

§  Rack is supported with 160 NPI axle beams that crosses rack

AXLE SHAFT

§  2 axle shafts with the capacity 12-14-16 tons, are used

§  With Air suspension, Stowage spring, Bogie suspension

§  There are brake shoes and heavy brake levers suitable for TSE norms

SUSPENSION

§  Parabolic double deck Z springs, Stowage springs, bogie suspension

ELEVATING FRONT AXLE SHAFT

§  Remote operated elevating system for front axle shaft in cabin
