Leveling Blade

The equipment is designed with a working width of 2 meters (OZ-201) and 2.2 meters (OZ-202), capable of rotating 360 degrees on its own axis. This allows adjustment of various directional angles. The equipment is of the mounted type and is used for light soil leveling. The leveling blade, produced by ÖZİŞTAR Tar. Mak. San. ve Tic., is a soil tillage equipment attached to the tractor as a mounted type.

The leveling blade includes a three-point hitch system, machine carrier frame, carrying arms connected to the three-point system, blade, blade edge, and rotary mechanism. The blade is connected to the frame in a way that it can rotate, and after setting the desired directional angle, it is fixed with two pins. In addition to the directional angle, there is an adjustment mechanism on the equipment that allows setting the tilt angle. This mechanism is screw-type located on the upper connection point. Thanks to this adjustment, it can operate under different soil conditions and at various depths.

Precautions During Transport and Shipment

When loading the machine onto transport vehicles, it must be protected against friction and hard impacts. Necessary fastening and securing materials should be used to protect the machines from shocks and friction during transport on the vehicle.

Machine Assembly

To attach the machine with a three-point hydraulic system to the tractor, the tractor is brought close to the machine. First, the left lower connecting arm, then the right lower connecting arm, and finally the upper connecting arm are attached to the machine. The machine connected to the tractor is centered relative to the tractor axis using the tractor side stabilizer arms. Desired directional and tilt angles should be adjusted on the machine.

Safe Operation of the Machine

Before putting the machine into use, adjustment mechanisms should be checked. The worn blade edge should be replaced over time. After each use, the machine should be cleaned and stored in a suitable environment.
