TS Press Type LoadCell is produced using High quality Stainless Steel or Special alloy steels.

Alloyed steel models are hardened by heat treatment and cleaned by sandblasting, and all surfaces are coated with Nickel homogeneously and become more resistant to corrosion.

TS model pressure type load cells are especially designed for use in truck scales, wagon scales, tank and silo weighing.

TS Printing Tip LoadCell has passed the rigorous tests in the force laboratories of the NMI , the reputable Netherlands-based institution specializing in Metrological testing and certification, and received the OIML R60 certificate in the C4 class.

As a result of the tests carried out between -10˚C and 40˚C, TS Printing Type Loadcell has reached high accuracy and sensitivity at nMax=4000 (Maximum number of partitions), Y=Emax/Vmin 15000 (Example: 666 grams at 10 ton capacity).

TS Imprint Type LoadCell The measuring area is covered with stainless steel pipes and covers in order not to be damaged by environmental factors, it is protected by laser welding and it is made dust and waterproof (IP68).

Standard 4x022mm2 PVC flame retardant outer sheath, Aluminum and tinned copper braided shielded cable providing protection against external noises and signals is used in TS Imprint Type LoadCell.

Optionally, armored or ex-proof silicone cables can be preferred.

Armored cables are more resistant to external factors and provide protection from rodents such as mice.

Silicone cables, on the other hand, create an excellent heat shield in high-temperature working environments, can be used at a continuous temperature of 180°C and for a short time up to 220°C. Silicone cables are used in both high and low temperatures down to -60°C, thanks to their excellent climate resistance.
