Thanks to the cutting drum and suction piston in this machine, the dough is cut without being disturbed or compressed. It processes even the most sensitive dough type as if cutting it by hand. Metal surfaces in contact with dough are automatically lubricated with food compatible oil, thus ensuring precision and long-lasting operation of the machine. Dough hopper and hoods are made of stainless steel. There is no need to clean the cutting system with this machine. Weight adjustment can be made manually or digitally.
