Fully constructed from AISI 304 grade stainless steel.

This system consists of a 4-piece set. The hopper and screws in the first unit are sandblasted. The cooling water tank in the second unit is equipped with a chilled water connection coil. The product cutting blade operates pneumatically and cuts by counting.
The motors in the first and second units are controlled by variable speed drives. It has a dough processing capacity of 500 kg/h. The electrical panel includes 2 speed control devices, 2 length counters, 1 digital temperature display, and motor protections.
Prepares braided dough strands automatically in the desired thickness, type, and length without manual handling.
