jumbo glass cutting line

The machine consist of 3 sections

a)      Glass Loading Section

-Machine loads the dimention 6000X3210mm max.

-Machine has the lift system for the glasses in safety.

-There are 6 arm in a section of machine.

-There are chains for conveying the glass on the machine.

-There is a fuction warns  when the glass empty on the stock.

-Machine has the pause function for safety.

-Machine has a feature when the electricity of , therefore the suction cups can hold the glass about 30

 minutes.

-Machine has useful parametric interface.

-The arm on the machine work with hydrolic control.

-There are springs between sution cups and connection.

-Automatic parking system is available.

-Machine has stock control interface.

-It is produced 3+3 stations as standart.

-Machine has vacuum pomp 16m³/h.

-Machine has digital pressure sensors.

-Machine has vane before every suction cup.

b)  Glass Breaking Table

-Its suitable according to 6000X3210mm dimension.

-Long life air cushion on the table.

-There are breaking bars on the machine with X and Y axes side.

-Machine has strong table surface.

-Machine has high flow rate with air fan structure.

-Machine has strong body.

-There are pedals for breaking bars.

-There are shut off system infront of the air fans.

-Machine has 2 air fans.

-Machine has unloading arms at the end of the machine.

c) Glass Cutting Machine

-Machine can cut max. 6000X3210mm. glasses from 3mm to 19mm glass.

-Machine has 6 conveying belts.

-Machine has air fans.

-Machine has no breaking bars.

-Laser scaner system is optional.

-The optimisation brand is Perfect Cut.

-About the cutting bridge, there are two servo engine.

-Machine has shape cutting.

-Machine is suitable to add Low-E option.

-Machine has PC control with stron LIVA CNC Software.

-Servo motor brand is Delta.

-Machine has glass cutting oil control.

-Machine has high quality cussion system.

-Machine does not work when the diamond dropted to table surface.

-Machine has a funstion called low air pressure.
