HIGHLY EFFICIENT
By the use of cartidge  filter, M class (0.2-2 micron particle size DIN EN 60335-2-69) industrial dusts are filtered at the rate of 99.9% and may be released if desired.
    
TOUGH
Cabin, side and top covers, reinforcement profiles, chassis and all support legs have appropriate metal sheet thickness and are pressure twisted and their tightness is ensured by the use of bolt and they are manufactured galvanized or of DKP metal sheet upon request.
    
LEAK FREE
With its easily openable and closeable maintenance covers and easily mountable and demountable dust collecting bucket, fitler replacement is easy and dust removal system is practical.
    
COMPACT
Thanks to its design, it occupies less room and leaves the production areas to you.
    
AUTOMATIC CLEANING
Thanks to its system, maintenance and operating costs are very low and filtering efficiency and filter life are very long.

BOMAKSAN Jet Pulse Panel Filter is generally used in central system dust and smoke absorbing applications. Dirty air collected from any contaminating source is brought to the filter through air channels designed in appropriate diameter and thickness. Auto-flanged, circular channels are generally preferred for dust as well. Particles carried by the dirty air entering through the side walls of filter cabin are held by means of a crashing plate. In this section, speed of the air is decreased and desired filtering rates are obtained. In addition, sparks that may touch the filter and big and corrosive particles are directed to the collecting bucket underneath the bunker. Thus, life of the filters is increased. Other dusts and smokes that constitute the polluted air are held by BIAapproved filter materials tested according to DIN EN 60335-2-69 appendix AAand selected according to the application. Dusts held are automatically cleaned thanks to jet pulse cleaning system. Cleaned air is absorbed from the cabin by means of a fan and released to the environment desired. 

STANDARD ACCESSORIES

CENTRIFUGAL FAN
Centrifuge with capacity sufficient to meet desired flow rate and pressure is manufactured in compliance with standards with its directly coupled or beltpulley motor so as to be able to operate silently and without vibration. Fan rotors are standardly made of steel sheet. Their dynamic and static balances are adjusted in special workbenches. 

AIR TUBE
It is manufactured in accordance with pressure vessel method, in size sufficient to store the required amount of air between two pulses and possessing air input, jet pulse output, cleaning and manometer sleeves. 

FAN AND JET PULSE CONTROLLER BOARD 
It possesses time-controlled controller that will provide fan and jet pulse controllers, magnetic thermal switch, contactor, motor protection relay, direct current transformer and functioning and malfunction indicator lamp and is made of hard plastic material. 

CARTRIDGE FILTER
Bomaksan presents you BIA approved filter materials tested according to DIN EN 60335-2-69 appendix AA and selected according to the application. Some filter materials used in these filters which are oilproof and water-proof, do not have static loading, have resistance against corrosive materials and are able to be furnished with surfaces are as follows: %100 polyester, %100 cellulose, %100 Polyester + Anti-Static, %100 Polyester Teflon membraned, %100 Polyester / Antistatic Teflon membraned, %100 Polyester / Anti- s tati c aluminium coated, Polypropylene, %20 Polyester+%80 cellulose mix, etc.

JET PULSE
It is used for moving away the dusts accumulating on the cartridge. It requires air with minimum 4 bar pressure for this purpose. It has various diameters appropriate for multi-filter shaking. 

DUST COLLECTING BUCKET 
It is an element that is used for emptying the collected dust after being detached from the filter, is easily mountable and demountable and possesses leaktightness seal.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE CONTROLLED SOLENOID DRIVER 
Owing to its differential pressure pressostat that detects differential pressure in the inlet and outlet of the filters, it achieves saving of pressure air consumption by keeping long the pulse range of the jet pulse while the filters are clean. When the filters are unclean, it gives warning in order for the filters to be replaced before they are congested.  

PILOT BOX 
It is used for preventing the jet pulse coils from being affected by abnormal environmental conditions in the external environment.

ROTARY VALVE 
It is an element that is used for continuous removal of the material from the filter in the case of dense dust and particle holding, keeps the air dissipation at minimum level and possesses motor and reducer group. 

MUFFLER 
It serves the purpose of hindering fan outlet air noise and is manufactured in appropriate capacities and in cylindrical type.

CRASHING PLATE 
It is used for dusts with pulsing risk, selected specially for application, made of stainless steel and has ATEX certificate.
