Jeep washing system is a machine group used for automatic cleaning of pipes, boilers, etc., which are closed systems in food production or productions that require different cleaning, in automatic kitchens or liquid transfer areas, in a short time. In the existing lines used, it consists of boilers integrated from the outside or at the beginning of the project in the existing line (varies according to the capacity and location) in order to provide hygiene after use. The capacities of these boilers are determined according to the condition of the line to be drilled. Simply: Jeep washing first washes the line in which it is integrated with caustic, then another wash with acid. After these washes, it is rinsed one last time with water and leaves no residue on the line inside. After the necessary measurement is made, the washed water is filtered, reused or evacuated according to the cleaning efficiency. All of these processes are done by means of automatic sensors. Line cleaning saves extra work, saves on cleaning materials and water, and saves time, which is the most important thing. It takes about 10-15 minutes to complete all operations.
