Hydraulic Positioner

Hydraulic welding positioners are available in 11 standard sizes for loads from 250 kg to 30000 kg. The structure of the positioners is designed according to the most suitable configuration for the table rotation and tilting back and forth. Positioners body, Motor, table rotation and tilt
systems consist of electrical panel and remote operator control unit and have the best structural protection. Positioners for heavy workpieces are fixed to the floor. There are optional or standard T-slots on the table, which allows fast clamping of the workpiece. Table rotation and forward-backward bending are made with steel spur gear transmission systems. The table rotation speed is made from the remote control system with a 5m cable that the operator can adjust very easily. Optionally, PLC can be applied to all models.
