The AD 5000-2 24V is a portable microfiltration and deep cleaning unit for hydraulic, transmission, turbine and process oils, designed to remove very fine solids (> 1 µm) and remove water.

Cartridge replacement frequency

The cartridge replacement interval depends on many factors, including the degree of oil contamination and water content. The signal to replace cartridges is:

Pressure increase by 1 bar compared to outlet pressure

The service life of the cartridge is not less than 200 hours.
