Hs 08 Polyurethane Dispensing System

Standard system consist of a three degree of freedom cartesian robot, polyurethane machine, low pressure dynamic mixing head, fixed table and temperature conditioning unit.

HS08 was designed especially for high speed and precise three dimensional dispensing of sealants, glues or encapsulants.

Common base frame for controls and polyurethane machine, and welded steel body construction of the robot, makes HS08 as robust as possible.

System mechanics consist of maintenance-free ball circulating linear guides for extended life time, rack-and-pinion drives for high speed and high acceleration/deceleration rates, maintenance free servo motors and precision gearboxes.

The system control is based on powerful industrial CNC unit with linear, circular, and helical interpolation ability. The CNC unit is programmed in G code according to DIN 66025 and special software for enclosure cabinets is also supplied. The modular architecture of the CNC control unit allows easy integration in existing production lines. The system has Industrial operator panel with 12“ colour touch display and membrane keypad as an operator friendly interface for programming, running and controlling the machine. All the operating parameters, such as output, dispensing values
