Hot Oil Boiler Ad Description

In processes that require high temperatures (max. 300°C) in many branches of industry; In order to reach these temperatures, a steam or hot water boiler can be used as a heat carrier. However, a high temperature of 300C can be reached at a pressure of 90 bar.

Plants operating at very high pressures have high installation costs and an increased risk of explosion. Hot oil systems are a system used in industrial facilities to meet the need for high temperature fluids. The most important feature of hot oil systems is that they can reach high temperatures at low pressures.

Hot oil boilers can meet the heat energy need effectively and safely at temperatures above 300°C under atmospheric pressure. Thermal oils, whose properties can remain intact up to about 300°C at atmospheric pressure, are used as heat carriers.

Boilers can be produced with capacities from 250,000 kcal/h to 6,000,000 kcal/h, liquid, solid, gas fueled types.

QUALITY-MATERIAL

 

The heating surfaces of the hot oil boilers are manufactured in accordance with DIN 4754 and in a suitably intertwined, spirally bent pipe and with 3 passages.

Serpentine pipes are seamless steel drawn in quality St 35.8 in accordance with DIN 2448 / 17175.

Products of reputable world brands are used in the manufacture of boilers.

Serpentine pipe joints are welded with argon welding and controlled with 100% ultrasonic film.

In order to minimize the heat losses in the hot oil boiler, the boiler body is insulated with 100mm thick rock wool and the insulation is covered with 0.8mm thick embossed sheet.

Ovalization is prevented by bending the pipes between the round shaped mold.
