FEATURES OF VACUUM OVENS:

-Quality and computer-controlled repeatable processes are among the features of vacuum furnaces.

-Heating is carried out in a vacuum and oxygen-free environment, so that both scale and carburization or decarburization do not occur on the surface of the part.

-In vacuum furnaces, cooling is done with gas instead of liquid. Gases such as nitrogen, hydrogen and helium with different heat transfer coefficients can be used as refrigerants.

-The vacuum environment prevents the oxidation of the surfaces of the parts, so the surfaces of the vacuum treated parts are bright and clean. After the vacuum heat treatment, the surfaces of the parts do not require surface cleaning.

-After vacuum processing, low shape changes occur in multi-shaped parts. Vacuum processing parameters can be adjusted according to material properties to minimize dimensional changes and distortions.

-Under vacuum, deformation (warping) is minimized thanks to homogeneous heating and cooling. Minimum dimensional change and high toughness due to deformation are obtained.

-The temperature can be controlled continuously with wire thermocouples placed in the core of the part during vacuum operation.
