Areas of Use:

It is especially used in applications where extremely homogeneous dispersion of liquid and powder or liquid and liquid is required. These mixers, which have effective motor powers to suit the density of products with various viscosities, can serve in the production of paint, ink, varnish, pigment paste, and various petrochemical products.

Mixing Cycle:

It can be a fixed single speed or a variable speed controlled by a speed control frequency converter. Since the speed control converter used is heavy-duty, it has the ability to provide power above the engine power of the mixer, even for a short time when necessary. As standard, the factory-set mixing speed is set at 100-1500 rpm.

Up and Down:

In addition to the ability to rise and fall on its own body with an electro-hydraulic system, it also has the feature of mixing at a desired height. In some types of mixer machines, it can also serve the boilers around the machine with the feature of rotating 360º around its own body axis.

Other Features:

The main electric motor also has a cooling motor that allows long-term operation at low speeds. It has a timed mixing feature as standard.

Optional Requests:

Ex-proof in ATEX Zone 1 EEx dIIB T4 standards, vacuum, boiler-edge moving scraper, semi or fully automatic recipe control system, PLS control system, automatic rise and fall feature of the mixer according to the level of the goods in the mixing vessel (except for scraper types) is presented as an optional feature.
