The machines that make up the Rigid and Film Washing Lines and the technical features of the machines are selected according to the pollution density, pollutant types and hourly production capacity of the plastic to be recycled.

Plastics separated as hard or film according to their form are shredded by Shredder or Crushing in the first stage of the Washing Line. Shredded plastics are transferred to the Washing section with the appropriate transport unit without touching.

Cleaning of waste plastics and automatic separation of pollutants heavier than water (heavy plastics such as PET, PVC, glass, metal bottle caps, coins, etc.) in the washing section by using a sufficient amount of Washing Centrifuge, Flotation Immersion Boiler and Turbo Washing Centrifuge according to the pollutant density and pollutant types. is provided. Cleaned plastics are dewatered according to their form in a Film Squeezing Machine, Turbo Drying Centrifuge or Dynamic Drying Centrifuge. Shredded, washed and dewatered plastics are transferred to storage systems.
