Halva Forming Line 500 Kg/Hour Ad Description
Halva forming line is used to shape the hot halva in the desired weight and dimensions after shaping it into the desired form.
The line includes the stages of halvah starting with the feeding unit, shaping it into the desired shape, compressing it, cutting it to the desired dimensions (up to 30 gr-500 gr range) and cooling it. There are even belt correction sensors for conveyors. The line is operated automatically with PLC control panel. The cutting unit consists of 2 separate guillotine cutting units. Guillotine blades are protected and there is a protection sensor on them.
