Grinding Roll

The 100-size roller mill has been completely overhauled. Many components have been renewed, and all worn bearings have been replaced. New brushes and glass covers have been installed, and seals have been renewed. All machine adjustments and control levers have been rebuilt from scratch. The pulleys have been converted to a V-belt system, and the body has been repainted with acrylic paint. The roller diameters were measured at 246 mm, grooving and lubrication were performed. In short, all necessary maintenance and restoration work has been completed, and the machine has been prepared to operate flawlessly—ready for efficient grinding and in like-new condition.
